Joe Loney

Regional Director, Bolivia

Joe works to empower people with disabilities and help them reach their full potential. He provides legal services to people in prison. One of the areas where he serves people with disabilities is located high up in the Andes among indigenous subsistence farmers. Joe has law degrees in both Bolivia and the U.S. He and his wife, Filo Siles, also a Maryknoll lay missioner, have two children and live in Cochabamba, Bolivia.
