On this Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe, our four new Maryknoll lay missioners, Julie Lawler, Jillian Foster, Greg Garrity and Brenda Seymour, signed and recited the Maryknoll Lay Missioners Covenant. They did so during our Covenant Mass, which was celebrated in the Rogers Chapel of the Maryknoll Sisters. We thank them for their commitment and ask for your prayers as they prepare to be sent into mission.
Compelled by faith to engage with people across cultures and ethnicities, Maryknoll lay missioners live, love and work with communities on the margins to promote active nonviolence and healing.
