Kelly Gibbons

Kelly comes to the MKLM board with the experience from being the former Executive Coordinator to the Provincial and Socius for the USA West Province of the Society of Jesus, where she played a pivotal role in office administration, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and procedural development. Prior to that, as a Program Director for the Jesuit Volunteer Corps, she supervised program staff, developed volunteer training systems, and managed office operations and budgets. Kelly was also a Jesuit Volunteer in Portland, Oregon working with the I have a Dream Foundation and the Northwest Earth Institute.

Currently, Kelly works for Nev-Cal Home Inspections as their scheduling coordinator while residing in Portland, OR. There, she is obsessed with college basketball, and loves dogs, cats, and pets of all sorts.

Kelly joined the Board of Directors in 2025 and hopes MKLM will be a thriving fiscally sustainable organization so future generations may be able to experience the joys and learnings of full time mission work.
