Maryknoll lay missioner Peg Vámosy promotes sustainable agriculture with family farmers in El Salvador. Peg works through the social justice committee of Monte San Juan Parish near Cojutepeque in the Cuscatlán department of El Salvador. In this video, she talks about her work with the farmers and about educating people on healthful nutrition and other environmental concerns.
