Mission Services Department Manager
The MISSION SERVICES DEPARTMENT MANAGER provides supervision, direction, coordination and leadership for the Mission Services Department (MSD) staff working to achieve MSD goals in the areas of recruitment, admissions, orientation and training and educational programs for Maryknoll Lay Missioners. This position is also responsible for the Always a Missioner (Returned Missioners) and Friends Across Borders programs, and for developing and monitoring MSD budgets.
The MSD Manager is accountable to the Director of Mission and works in close collaboration with other departments. The salary range for this full-time exempt position, to be located in El Paso, Texas, is $62,790 – $63,037 annually.

Administrative Assistant (part-time)
The ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT of the Mission Services Department will perform a variety of administrative, supportive and organizational duties requiring a thorough knowledge of program and clerical procedures and systems, record retention, filing, correspondence and related administrative and organizational tasks. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, show initiative, problem-solve independently. S/he will work closely with all members of the Mission Services Department
The Administrative Assistant reports to the Director of Mission. This non-exempt part-time position is based in El Paso, Texas.
