We are delighted to announce Maryknoll Lay Missioners’ 2023 Covenant and Sending Ceremony. Committing themselves to three and a half years of service, Sarah Bueter, T.T. Hoang and Theresa Glaser will be signing their “Covenants” and will be sent forth into mission by the entire Maryknoll family. We will bless and send into mission the 2023 Class of Maryknoll Lay Missioners, and together with them, we will also bless and send back into mission returning missioner Kathy Flatoff.

The Covenant and Sending Ceremony will be celebrated during a Mass on Saturday, Dec. 2, at 10 a.m., Mountain Time (noon Eastern) at Cristo Rey Parish in El Paso, Texas. El Paso Bishop Mark Seitz will celebrate the Mass, and representatives of all four Maryknoll entities (Maryknoll Sisters, Maryknoll Lay Missioners, Maryknoll Fathers and Brothers, and Maryknoll Affiliates) will participate in the Sending celebration.
