Haiti in crisis - Maryknoll Lay Missioners
Home » Videos » Haiti in crisis

In this March 27 webinar, Maryknoll lay missioner Sami Scott, who has been serving in Haiti for the past five and a half years, talks about her work in Haiti, the current crisis there, and principles for a Haiti-led solution. Earlier in March, for security reasons, Sami had to return the United States, but she is eager and determined to continue her henhouse ministry in northern Haiti as soon as that will be feasible again. The webinar was held by the Maryknoll Office for Global Concerns at the Stuart Center in Washington, D.C.

The Maryknoll Office for Global Concerns (MOGC) represents Maryknoll missioners, who are Catholic men and women serving in impoverished communities around the world. The MOGC provides analysis and advocacy on issues of justice, peace and the integrity of creation that affect the countries and communities where Maryknoll missioners serve.
